Special focus is on the development of *professional competence*. The goals can best be described by the following three questions: # How can experiential learning be applied in the practice of vocational training, especially, how can CBT and WBT applied? # How should a practicable theory of experiential learning in vocational education look like? # How can the efficiency of experiential learning for the development of professional competence be measured in an empirical way? - The project is *bi-lingual* (therefore the German title and the English descripiton), contributions in both languages are welcome. | Aktiv |
